Cecy Carballo, UPK Manager coordinates the implementation of Colorado Universal Preschool (UPK) in Jefferson, Gilpin and Clear Creek Counties and supports Bright Futures Roadmap efforts in Jefferson County.

Amber Troutman, Coordinator – Mountain Communities, develops and supports collaborations across Clear Creek, Gilpin, and western Jeffco to ensure all children and caregivers have equitable access to early childhood programs and services including those outlined in the Bright Futures Roadmap. She also provides direct support to families and early childhood education providers participating in UPK.

The Bright Futures Community Learning Network (CLN) is a select group of highly engaged organizations that works to achieve the Bright Futures Roadmap vision for families and communities. This Network is a powerful tool for fostering learning, skill development, and community growth.
